Data Mining ?????

Starting on approximately April 10, 2011, I have noticed my upload usage is slowly but steadily increasing. Up until that point, it had maintained a consistent level. From that point on, it has steadily increased. Can anyone tell me where I might look to find the source of this increase? Is someone data mining? If so, where do I look to find out? Any and all help greatly appreciate.
