Hello!
Have been told that I need a PDF writer in order to add page(s) in the front of a pdf already written. I'd have to first create something in Word and write it to pdf AND add this page to the front of the book (ie.combine adobe pdf files). Is that right and which product download would you recommend, please? ps so far I have used Open Office to turn Word docs into pdf, but my query is about adding to an already pdf written by someone else with PLRrights. Thank you for your reply. I am not very techie at all, so please can your reply be 'simple'!

Hi Francoise, welcome to the forum
.Yes, to convert something from Word, or any text writer, to a Pdf file, you will need a pdf writer. If you convert word files into pdf from OpenOffice, that's OK too. That will work. However, if you want to be able to do it from any other text writer software too, then you will need a pdf writer software. It does nothing, but adds a virtual pdf printer to the system. When you choose print, and then select that pdf writer, a pdf file will be generated. The pdf writers are available here : http://www.techsupportalert.com/best...pdf-writer.htm Choose any one that you like. It will help you print a text file into a pdf file. Next, to merge that file with another file, and reorder the pages, you will need another software which will be able to do these operations. Such software can be found here : http://www.techsupportalert.com/cont...-pdf-tools.htm Look under the General Tools for "Merge, Split, Reorder and More" I tried PDFill Pdf Tools and Pdftk Builder, to achieve what you wanted, and both were able to perform the task successfully. Rest of the software in that category will work too. The software will be self-explanatory, and I am sure you will be able to achieve what you want. But, if still you need any help, please do post here .I hope I was able to explain it all in a simple way. If any problem anywhere, just ask .
