Remove rarely used programs

When I attempt to remove some programs I get the following: Install Shield cannot be launched, Class not found. Is there some to remove these to gain some much needed disc space?

With which programs are you facing this problem?

I think the exact message would be this?

Yes, what programs are you having trouble uninstalling? My computer
also came with Install shields, fortunately it has never given me trouble
or gotten involved when uninstalling programs. Basically I keep it
sleeping with the fishes, doing nothing.
Did you try to uninstall those programs using Windows own uninstaller?

If the problem can't be fixed, then you can manually uninstall it either using Revo, or searching through your system and registry, and deleting the program.
