How to mount and install TIw files?

Hi everyone, I just downloaded a torrent for Paperport 12. All the files seem to have the tiw name and look like winrar files( same icon). How can I extract them and burn to CD? Somebody please give me a step-by-step procedure. I have WINRAR installed in my PC.

I am afraid we cannot provide any help on this topic. For two reasons. Paperport 12 is a commercial program. If you got it from a torrent, most likely, its an illegal copy. We do not provide help with any such thing.

Secondly, WinRAR is a commercial program too. We cannot provide any help with that too, since we are a freeware forum.
