Can't get back internet explorer 8 32(Bit) back

I just get a message Internet explorer can't display this page!! I can only access the internet from 64 bit but need to download Adobe Flash Player under 32 (bit) please help if possible.

I assume you are using Windows 7 64Bit. The default IE icon launches the 64Bit version. If you search your Start Menu though I believe there is an IE-32Bit link as well.

You could always use Firefox of course, that is what I actually recommend.
