Hi Asif. Welcome to our forums. I happen to have a TP-L WR642G as well. The problem you are experiencing is very strange, considering that it is happening when both connecting wirelessly and wired to the router.
One of the major causes of connection slow down when using a router is the fact that the signal is being shared amongst too many computers. This does not appear to be your problem, unless....you don't have your wireless signal secured and you have neighbors who are tapping in. ![]() Try shutting of your wireless radio and doing a direct wired connection. (The enable/disable button is under the main wireless settings dialogue)

I am sorry I really don't know much about trouble shooting this part of networking. Since it is happening with both routers, I don't think it would be a router problem. It may be a problem with some configuration on both computers. Have you installed any new software on both PCs, set up networking between them, or some different configuration than when you were not having the trouble before.
What operating system are you using.

Hi,
Sorry it seems not Router problem, i brought 2 new routers and same problem; This is what i did after: I thought modem the problem i brought new modem, but still problem exist, i took the Filter off but problem still exist, even if i connect directly another pc to modem, i still get same problem; Internet Work 100% only on 1pc of 3pcs; am kinda confused and am sure 100% its not virus problem since i tried it on mac; i dunno, could it be Internet ISP or modem SP blocking any other pcs to connect or something wrong on their side; regards, |
