Tb of hdd can win 7 support

Im using win 7 x64
i tried o search on net but didnt find any answer
how much tb of hard disk can win 7 support ?
im currently at 1 gb internal and 1 gb external
can i increase to 3 tb ?

Based on this article you should be fine until at least 16 TB:
