Suggestafix missing?

Sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong forum, but I can't seem to get to 'Suggestafix' - one of the top free tech support sites listed here.

Anyone any idea what's happened?

Looks like there might be a problem with the hosting of the site, or some other problem.
