Hi When i recieve e-mails with a link attached i cannot open the link please help

This depends on which email client you are using, what secuirty software you have installed and how you have it configured, especially the firewall. We at least need to know this information plus some details about the links you cannot open.

Presumably they will open if you just copy and paste into your browser?

Outlook often requires you to hold down the control key (Ctrl) when clicking on links to open them.
