CLCL - clpbd mgr - any power users out there?

I'm trying to noodle out one of the more excellent (to me) features of the CLCL clipboard caching utility. It's not a new tool but it sure is a good one. However, there is zero help and very few clues as to how to make the most out of it.

One of the plugins - tool_text Ver 0.0.1 - gives you the ability to wrap tags. I've got it working for one tag but would really like to set up some more and can't figure out how to make it understand that.

I've set it up so that a simple ctrl+b gives me <b></b> around whatever I select. But adding another instance of say alt+h for <a href=""></a>, gives me the same surround as the first one (<b></b>) even though the settings are different. I tried copying the dll into a different folder but it still is affecting the ini which is driving the paste.

I'm over my head.

Anyone using this? Anyone know how I can explain to it that I want more than one tag surrounding option?

OR does anyone know of another utility that will surround highlighted text with assignable tags (in a variety of venues - txt editors, etc)?
