I found that the latest release of CCleaner deletes MSE logs when you analyse/clean which causes the MSE icon to turn orange (your system is unprotected etc...) even if you just recently ran a scan.
After having just had some issues with CCleaner and MSE (high CPU usage), I was getting close to just ditching it altogether, however I have since found out that if you open cleaner, then applications, then antimalware, and uncheck the ticky, this problem goes away. Hope this helps anyone else who has experienced this.

I'm running MSE and have programmed CCleaner in Task Scheduler to run daily using it's default settings. MSE is unaffected and runs normally.
