I have moved your post from a new thread to here, since it is related with the problems you have been having with TeamViewer.

About the earlier problem that you had been having with TeamViewer, which you posted on this thread, is it solved now? What was the reason for the problem?

About your recent problem, I don't think TeamViewer requires any registration. But, I haven't used it since a long time, so can't be sure.

Check for connection means, to see whether you are connected to the internet at the time. Were you connected?

Also, where did you download TeamViewer from? And which version did you download... I mean there are several available on the download page here :

Try the portable version.
