Hi,
Thought I post here instead of making a new thread. Remember how we talked about the Backup Capsule and activating the bootable recovery environment here? I recently installed Paragon Backup and Recovery 2011 (Advanced) Free on a Win XP Pro 32bit laptop and a Win7 Home Premium 64bit laptop. When running the Backup Capsule Wizard, the option "Change system recovery options" is not there, though the Manual of this particular version describes it with screenshots. Anyone else having this problem? Could the good people of this community using the 2011 version check if it's available for them? I'm leaning towards Paragon taking the feature out in their latest version (though the files of the program are from Jan. this year). I submitted a support ticket at Paragon, but their statement that users of special or free editions may have to wait from 7 to 28 days depending on workload is really discouraging. In the mean time, I'll redownload it, uninstall and reinstall it, just to make sure it's not some installation glitch. Other suggestions and ideas are welcome. Thanks in advance.
