Read Best Free CD / DVD Emulation Software and downloaded Gizmo Drive,
MagicDisc, and Virtual CloneDrive. http://www.techsupportalert.com/best...d-emulator.htm After installing these 3 apps, looked for the manuals or user guides but did not find anything that told me what I must do to allow a CD to play on these emulation drives. To elaborate I have some audio CDs that would like transfer to the hard drive and then play using one of the virtual drives that were installed. Am interested in any suggestions how to do this. Thanks Ken |

Hi Ken, welcome to the forum
.Virtual drives will work with virtual CDs, i.e., the images of the CDs. So, if you want to store the CDs on the hard drive, make their images(ISO), and then store them. Then you can use them with the virtual drives. You will have to mount the image, by locating it, on the virtual drive, and then it will play like a normal CD.

@Ken welcome to the forum!
In order for a CD to run with emulation software you first need to make an image copy of the CD. Then mount the image to a virtual disk drive via one of the programs you have installed on your HHD. I hope this makes sense!! ![]() I do not have any emulation software installed so I cannot comment on the content of their help manuals. However, the following links should help you further: http://arainia.com/software/gizmo/forum.html http://www.magiciso.com/tutorials/tutorials.htm http://www.magiciso.com/howto/howto.htm
