PicPic Screen Capture

PicPick Screen Capture doesn't work for me in W7 64bit...screenshot picks up a blank white screen...anybody else tried in W7-64 ? Am I missing something here

Works fine on my Windows 7 64-bit Pro. Try updating to the latest version, if you haven't done that already.

Can you describe what you mean by blank white screen? Which type of "Screen Capture" are you using? There's many different types such as fullscreen, active window, region, freehand, etc. Do all of them produce the same blank white screen? Also what is the output type?
All this can be found under system tray icon > right-click > Screen Capture.

Just reinstalled - while installation Comodo prompts twice, 1st when the installer is contacting external IP, secondly (at the end) picpick_inst_temp.exe tries to contact external IP...i had blocked that earlier....installation had finished but screen capture didn't worked.
Not I allowed it, it worked...i THINK that was the issue.

PicPick by default checks for updates automatically. I think that is the reason why Comodo alerted you.
