Paragon Backup & Recovery

I have downloaded the free version of Paragons Backup and Restore and when I attempt to run it I receive the following message "This installation package is not supported by this processor type.Contact your vendor". My processor is a 1.73gh Intel Core Duo - Hewlett-Packard board. Has anyone an answer for this?

Is your operating system 64bit or 32bit ? There are two versions to download - 64bit and 32bit - check that you have the right version for your operating system.

You still have until midnight to download the correct version if yours is wrong - but I'm not sure how the time differences affect that so I wouldn't hang about on downloading the other version.
