What happens with me is I've run CCleaner or something, and when I come to this site, it automatically puts my email address where my nickname goes in the sign-in box. After I change it to "Dragon," it works. I didn't noticed right away because other forums automatically put my nickname in that box.

This frequently happens to me. The best solution I've found is to go to the main site, log out, and then come back here and log in. It works for me everytime.

Everything is fine with Firefox on my end. Sometimes I nedd to re-login after changing network topology, like when coming from home ethernet to office wireless. But I guess thats ok.

I'm using Google Chrome, if you can't log in, follow these steps which always work for me:

1. On the freeware forum page, click Wrench Icon at the top right.
2. Select "Clear browsing data"
3. Click "Clear browsing data" (with only "Delete cookies" checked and this period "Everything" selected.)
4. Log in directly from freeware fourm page.

I find this is a more direct way than going back to home page to log out and log in again.

I still have cookie problems even after all this time. Its something to do with the both sites and having to login on one and login on the other. The only way I deal with it is delete all cookies with cookie monster FF addon. It sits at the bottom of the screen and I simply click and delete cookies to techsupportalert.com
Its temporarily resolved. It does it even when I log out and return, so I clear the cookies.
