Red face Lack of closing tag in comments applies the style to all the below comments

HI, I just posted a comment at screen capture utility article like this
Quote:
I found a new utility called screen presso...................
.................................
<b>Please see this and you will be impressed at once
ON clicking post comment, i was redirected to the article.
I was shocked to see the all other comments in bold.
This was because I did not close the <b> tag in the last line
It is not a big issue, but solving it would be better.

I'm pretty sure there's no way of having the software that manages the comments correct such mistakes, but I will check. Unfortunately, it's probably just a case of being extra careful or waiting for a site moderator to notice the problem and fix it.

You actually used an "h2" tag or command. Anyways, it's been fixed.

Happened quite a few times, most common cases are missing enclosing tag </b>. Good if the software can filter and correct it.

I'll look, but given the way Drupal works, I'm not confident.

We are currently using Drupal 5. There is a module for Drupal 6 that might allow us to deal with this issue. The upgrade to Drupal 6 depends on a number of major issues, not least of which is writing suitable modules to implement wizard functionality. At present I have no idea when this might take place as it is likely to involve several months of work.

Default Thanks

Wow, I had never seen support people like this. 5 results in less than 5 hours.

Sorry that I could not understand the technical terms such as Drupal.
It was only a suggestion and I'm no expert in html or computers.

Thanks for support. Keep up your good work.
