Can't post comments on "Best Free PC Tune-up Utility" page
The ability to post comments or reply to comments is not available on the "Best Free PC Tune-up Utility" page.
Also, on the same page, Advanced SystemCare is no longer listed as recommended, but there is no explanation as to why. It'd be nice to know what the story is on that.

The comments section might have been closed for a reason.
About Advanced SystemCare, the product belongs to IObit, and there was a recent controversy about IObit, which you might know. After that the IObit site has got a yellow WOT rating, and also many users now do not want to use IObit products, on ethical grounds. That's why the product has been removed from our site.
