Not sure, but it will allow login here and that's a big plus over Opera 10.01

I checked it out this morning and it doesn't Not that the site mentioned that of course but I found a forum where several people asked about it and as recent as September the only way to block images was longwinded. I just had to clear cookies to login now and sadly that is far quicker than trying to turn on and off images in Chrome. In the meantime I can dream that one day I will be able to get cheap ADSL here

The main site is based on Drupal, and the forum is based on vBulletin, and they have been linked together so that people do not have to make a separate ID for both. That's why some problems do occur on login.

It would be good to login from the main site, and then get over to the forum.

I follow these simple steps, and do not get any problem with login. Hope someone will benefit from them.

I always login first to the main TSA site. Then I go over to the forum. After a certain period of time, when the forum login expires... it asks to login again. The forum login will expire after a few minutes, unless you login using "Remember me" option. This behavior I have seen on many forums. Its a security feature I think.

After the login expires, I click on the main forum link, and then I click the link : "Visitors in the last 24 hours"... its available at the end of page. There, I get a login screen with a "Remember me" checkbox. The basic idea is to access a login page with that checkbox, which I get from the "Visitors in last 24 hours" link. Someone may get that page from other link too. After I select that checkbox, and login again... I can stay on forum for hours without any problem.

While logging out, I logout from the forum, and it automatically logs me out of the main site too. Only sometimes, I do not get logged out of the main site that way... don't know whats the cause of that. Happens rarely though.

I never bother to log out of the forum (not sure if this is safe practice though?)

When my login expires (for whatever reason) I go to the main site, log out there (if necessary), log back in (using Opera Wand), then click the link back to the forum page and I'm in.

Works every time for me with Opera 10.01, and I only seem to have to do this every couple of days or so (unless I clear my cookies in the meantime).

I never bother to log out either. It seems to be that every 2nd day I have to clear cookies, reload the main page, log back in and then click the link to the forum here and I'm logged in again. Shame Google chrome doesn't do the image thing

Maybe not logging out is causing the problem? . Remember to log out everytime, for few days, and see if the problem happens again.

I login using the steps as told earlier... and I always logout when I leave. I don't have any login problems.

Naw, it's an Opera problem. When ever Opera gets their noses out of the clouds and realizes that they could get a larger share of the market it might change. For now you should get yourself and InIE button, it never fails

That's right. It's not just an Opera problem. I have to do the whole routine with FF as well (which I hadn't discovered until recently). I'm finding it a pain but especially because I don't want to delete all my cookies every day so I have to go in and just delete the techsupportalert ones. It'd be nice if the board software would play along with the main site software.

Chrome doesn't seem to allow any image loading options from what I have found so is useless to me. I found out about an Addon for firefox called imglikeopera but there are some things about FF I just can't take to and ditto for IE. Sigh. There is so much good software out there but email clients and web browsers really need some help.
