Creating, cloning, and resizing partitions

I have successfully cloned my old 100gb HDD to a new 500gb HDD with EaseUS Todo Backup Free 4. I now have 400gb which are not partitioned.

I have two partitions on another, smaller HDD that I want to transfer to the free 400gb space. How can I clone and resize partitions at once (or in separate if necessary)? Is the planned transfer of partitions possible with EaseUS Todo Backup Free 4.0?
