Drive Image XML 213 error message

I have used Drive Image XML for many years and never had a problem.

Yesterday, I backed up my C: drive successfully with no problems (Using Windows 7) but when I tried the D: drive, it ran all the way through and then ended with a message on the screen saying

Error: Range Error

Range Check Error

I don't have the slightest idea what this means and an internet search did not offer much help.

Anyone here encountered and solved this error problem?
