acronis partion image recovery to a different hardware

Hi,
I had Toshiba laptop and made partition image using Acronis. Now I have HP Laptop and have problem to restore that backup because it is a different hardware. I tried to use Acronis Backup&Restore Workstation which promised to make an easy restoration to any differernt hardware, but with no luck. It couldnt find some drivers. Anyone to help me?

Sorry, but we do not provide help with commercial products... you should try contacting the support team of Acronis.
