Macrium reflect & DLL problem

Im having a problem with macrium reflect. Since its December the 1st i thought to make a back up of my system. Macrium reflect works fine until i ask it to make a image.

I can get to the part where macrium reflect wants to Analyze my drive. Then nothing happens it just sits there Not frozen doing nothing. I opened up process explorer and restarted Macrium and at the same point it done it again and every time not even trying to analyze.

I found that 2 DLL's were activated when macrium reflect starts. I close one of the DLL's and it started analyzing the drive. I have found out that Both of the DLL's cause it do nothing and all i need to do is close any one of them and it will start analyzing then the DLL restarts again and everything's fine.

But i don't want to have to manually close DLL's to make it work.

The info i got on both DLL's are

C:\WINDOWS\system32\dllhost.exe
services. MS Shadow Copy Provider [SWPV]

C:\WINDOWS\system32\dllhost.exe
Services. Com+System Aplication [comsysapp]

Any Advice on this one?

Reckon you need to ask Macrium tech support about this one.
