Yes there are a lot of people with knowledge in a variety of areas.

If you have not checked out the sister site Gizmo's Freeware Reviews yet, it is well worth it.

Thanks. That is where I found the forums. I got there through TechGuySupport forums where I am a member. Which , by the way, is an excellent support site. They have been life savers for me.

An interesting question. I found this site last year when I was looking for a free alternative anti-virus. After AVG upgraded to version 8, there were loads of bugs and other problems. That's how I ended up using Avira after I found this site.

I used to be searching around for freeware through Google. And that's from Google that I came to know this great site, not only full of freeware, but best freeware!
