If this has been stated or suggested before, please excuse me.
I have been a subscriber to the periodic emails for "Gizmo's Best Ever Freeware" for over a year now and decided some time ago to create a folder for all incoming emails for future reference. I did this because there are so many excellent programs I didn't want to just delete any emails that could be used in the future. Here's my suggestion: would it be possible, or even practical to insert into the subject line a couple of key words in order to make searching for a particular email a bit easier? Thanks for listening. |

Not a bad suggestion.
I do have a couple of other thoughts. I see from other posts you've made that you use Windows 7. Windows 7 search can be used to search emails as long as they are stored on your PC. For example, I know it works really well with Outlook. It may work with other email programs. You could also choose to use something like Copernic or Google Desktop which also will index and search emails.
