Web Apps more Predominant

I think free web apps should be more predominant throughout the site. This page on techsupportalert is excellent.

But I think those software should be included amongst regular freewares too.

Example, I'd much rather use pixlr.com over GIMP for small graphics stuff. And I think web apps are just going to get better.
