Portable Software

I know theres a page on this but I'd like to see a Portable Software section with a lot more softwares available. I love this site believe it or not from some of my posts here on the forum, and I love portable software.

I always come here first to look for the best free (whatever I'm looking for), I'd love to be able to do the same for portable apps!

Best Free Portable Applications has listed more than 110 freeware products and has more than 110,000 hits. I am sure portable applications are liked by many users. We welcome your ideas. Perhaps you can give us some good examples how you'd like to have it.

I'm not criticising the page but I personally think it could be more extensive with more choice in each section.

I would like to see a place for it on the home page.

I've PM to the editor Rizar to suggest that if the page can be categorised so that it's easier for users to find, as I am trying to add another portable application in the list. Would this be a good idea?

I would like to see a place for it on the home page.

Some sort of a category link? Hmm... I believe MC or someone in the group would have a better idea.

Yeah a category link.

As it stands the page seems to be the editors personal favs and there are lots of software reviewed in the various sections that come top of their separate sections on this site, are portable and are not mentioned. For example Format Factory.

Portable apps that are already mentioned on the site elsewhere could be linked to.
