Best Windows Mobile Applications section

Would Gizmo consider starting a new section that identifies the best freeware for Windows Mobile applications?

I'm only a new entrant into the mobile touch phone arena and have found it hard to identify "best" applications in a similar manner as those listed on Gizmo's site for pcs. It would be an enhancement to be able to have a reliable and trustworthy site to list best mobile applications.

... just a thought

As there have been around 120 reads of this link within a week based on the heading - there may be a demand for a "Best Windows Mobile Application section". However, to confirm this thought, it would be useful if anyone in favour would indicate their thoughts in this thread. Thanks,

So, tell us what to do. This is your site - we only work here! Convince us with some alternatives and I'll put them forward to the 'Boss' for consideration.

How about Symbian which has about 50% share in the mobile OSes for smartphones?

This is good - all comments are welcome.

It seems that there may be a preference for more than one section relating to Mobile devices. I'm only familiar with the Mobile Windows related ones, however, if there are similarly issues with identifying the Best Freeware Applications for the other types, then please do show your support.

I think Gizmo's Freeware is the ideal place for being the "centre of excellence" for any freeware products, be it for pc or for mobiles. As times goes by, the two areas may become less distinct, therefore being the site that shows the ranked best products is appealing to me. If you agree, please show your support.

I too would like to see more support for this area. I have a new blackberry and there are a ton of apps available. Unfortunately they are 99% commercial. Good free apps are hard to come by. Most are very very buggy.
