This song certainly sounds pretty close to 4th Time Around. In turn 4th Time
Around also goes along the way of the Beatles song that you mentioned.
Norwegian Wood was sort of like a folk song, more Dylan type of song with
good lyrics, supposedly it shows Dylan's song writing influence on Lennon.

I love Dylan's music but I think Norwegian Wood is the better of the two(3)
