Pity the news folks are not here in Teresopolis. Yet another huge demonstration here today because as expected not a single thing has happened since the recent disaster. So far the mayor is not letting on what's happened to all the federal money allocated to Teresopolis

What...a corrupt Brazilian politician, surely not!
Q) How can the mayor look the people of Teresopolis in the eye? A) He can because he wears shades, plenty of expensive bling and doubtless has armed bodyguards who are on the federal payroll!!
