This is the opening scene of the movie Once upon a time in the west. Fine
movie with great cast, music(E, Morricone), the Director was Sergio Leone.
Jack has always been a favorite of mine and even though he was not as
famous as ...Clint or Big John Wayne, he was part of over 200 movies and
had more than 100 apperances in TV shows. Most of the time as a cowboy
or an outlaw.
His surname is part of my handle in his honor. I am not much into funny
movies or comedies but this scene is one of my all time favorites.
Jack died in 2003, I surely miss him.

Bo, the short video seemed to show a ruffian cowboy dealing with a fly.

I didn't get the end of it. Did the ruffian cowboy just mess with the fly's mind and let the fly hang out in the cowboy's gun?

The video was almost too perfect, a stereotype of a gun slinging cowboy, like my fond memories of Clint Eastwood Western movies.

But Western stereotyping is good movie watching!

I'll definitely rent the movie. I yearn for more "Western" movies like Clint Eastwood acted in.

Thanks.

Neither did I get the end of it, but I can imagine you can have two ending stories in a dvd title depending on which button you press.

Ending 1: the cowboy catches the fly in the gun and listen to it.
Ending 2: the cowboy misses the fly and thought that he's caught it.

Clint Eastwood is one of the best. That also reminds me of In the Line of Fire, watched at a cinema years ago.

This movie was written and directed by the same man that directed
Clint s Trilogy of Spaghetti Westerns, Sergio Leone. Thats why it
brings you fond memories of Clints earlier Westerns. The music was
written by the same man in Clints movies and on this one. Once upon
a time in the West is a film impregnated with Leones style, just
like the 3 movies in which he directed Eastwood and it does have a
lot of scenes full of Western stereotypes that should remind us of
other movies that we seen before. Thats by design.
If you like to see what happened to the fly, take a look at this one:

I mentioned that this is the opening scene of the movie. Three bad boys
including Jack are waiting for Charles Bronsons train to arrive, in order to
kill him.

Jojoyee, the end of the fly would have been different than what it was,
fortunately for the fly, the train arrived and more important matters
where at hand for Jack. Well, it was fortunate for the fly but not for my
cousin Jack.

Bo, thanks for link to extended clip.

I reckoned your cuz to shoot the dang fly like my cuz Clint wudda done did.

The clip is more the funny because I've lately been quite unsuccessfully trying to kill flies at work and looking like an xxxxx in the process.

Bo, funny clip and thanks for recommending the movie which I will definitely watch.

You welcome guy, get the extended Version that goes for about
3 hours. There is a shorter Version which is not as good.
Killing flies is easy,#1 do it with a rubber band and a piece of paper
or #2 Cut the rubber band with scissors in one place, the rest should
be easy to figure out. If you shoot 3 or 4 out of 10, you are good, just
like in Baseball.

Looks like the guy has downed a few bottles of Jack Daniel`s and needs an introduction to a good razor. With eyes like that, I doubt if he could shoot his own head off without missing let alone taking on flies.
