I have tried to help here. I have made suggestion for Hot Finds. They were ignored. I suggested new and/or free software that in my experience worked better than the current one's listed. I was ignored.
You cry about not having enough time, but when someone like me tries to help you just get ignored. Well I can tell I'm not wanted on this site, so I bid you a farewell. Hope your tight-knit team can keep up with the demand.

Dogpile, I'm confused. In Dec 2009, you posted this post:

Can you give us some examples or more explanation on what has gotten you so upset?

Dogpile, we do not ignore requests, or anyone who is trying to help.
Regarding Hot Finds, we have some criteria, and that has to be satisfied. If that criteria is not met, then we do not publish the hot find. Did you get in touch with any moderator, or a member of the team to find out why your hot find was not published? That would have got you a proper answer. We have several hot finds, which we get from various users, and we do not have the time to explain to everyone, why their find was not published. If it does not meet the criteria, its just simply not published. Regarding software suggestions to a category, suggestions are always welcome. But, you should appreciate that the editors who give their time here, have other things in their life too, apart from being an editor here. When a software is suggested, which is supposed to be better than the software already in the review... editor has to take time out, to test the software, and then he has to make changes to the review. That takes time. Changes to the review do not happen overnight. Also, there are several suggestions made by various users, saying that this or that software is better. The editor cannot just make it their top choice because the users say so. He/she will make it the top choice based on their own review. All this takes time. You have to be patient. If you really want to help, then you should provide the suggestions, and not expect them to be included in the article, or made a top choice, just because you think so. Have to be patient about it. I keep making software suggestions, sometimes they are included, sometime not. Sometime, it takes a long time. So, its OK. But, be sure, that no useful suggestion is ignored here. So, please, do not feel that we are ignoring you. We do not have any personal grudge with you, or anyone. But, you should ask yourself, if you are trying to help, or if its just about feeling important.

Dogpile, I sincerely regret to hear that your experience here lately has not been pleasant.
I really do hope you will reconsider. I read through all your posts, and in the forum at least, you have made valuable contributions to the discussions. Can you please give me more specific details of what got ignored. There are a over sixty editors here. If you are upset with one or two of us, don't blame the rest please. Really this site does depend on its users. Nearly every program in the categories I edit, was mentioned by users in the comments. There may be editors who ignore what their readers post, but I think that most do value their readers input. There are a lot of categories on the main site, that do not even have editors right now. If you would like to contribute more, I would invite you to take a look at some of the categories that are in need of editors. I seriously hope that you can forgive one or two of us for the benefit of the whole community. Ritho.

I don't feel that any of the contributors here have anything to apologize for except maybe the time they take away from their family, friends and other interests on behalf of TSA.
Of course we don't always get things right and I'm not immune myself to missing the obvious. That said we provide plenty of feedback opportunities for both registered members and anonymous visitors and as this is the first I've heard about this then to me there can't be much of a problem. Constructive criticism is only of value if it contains enough detail to work with, and this post tells us nothing. I believe that when people make a decision to leave then they should go with our blessing and best wishes for the future. Certainly there's no mileage in folks staying where they are not happy, and to return under such circumstances never works. It's just a pity that this has been reduced to a personal level with nothing of value to work with or learn from.
