Default Best Free Touchtyping Training Program

Seems like we could use a review of these.

I never got taught this at school as they were still using quill pens and inkpots then, of course, so I had to self-learn. I get the feeling there are some things I'm missing.

Yes me as well I 'know' where the keys are, sadly my fingers don't seem to want to accept that, sigh.

Quite often I see my colleagues using 1 to 2 fingers to type, yet they type pretty fast! Normally I use 9 fingers, except the left thumb, by standard I think, to master typing as I attended a typing class in the secondary school.

Funny that you mentioned about typing tutors, I was just looking for one myself. Here's what I found, a list of freewares (and some sharewares) at http://typingsoft.com/all_typing_tutors.htm

I'm currently looking for a typing tutor that teaches one-hand typing (dvorak left hand to be precise), I can remember where the keys were but sometimes mixed them up with the QWERTY keyboard and also, most typing tutors assume that you are typing with two hands, not that I'm disabled or anything, I just want to learn how to type with one hand and use my other hand to use the mouse or drink water or something.

You've been on that gear again haven't you? What's it called absinthe? (I actually think it's malbec or some such but the artist's ruin seemed to suit )

See, I don't spend all my time stuck to a PC (I'm currently listening to BFMV, never to old plus I'm trying to get the 'odd' treble beat that the drummer uses so I can practice it next week. Trust me (?), this won't hurt... visions of The Graduate)

I've mixed with a culture that passed round a bottle of Jim Beam or JD until it was empty and then the best one left walking sent to the NAAFI to get another one! That said (or maybe it's my age?) keeping up with the locals here is quite an achievement. The national drink cachaça is still firewater and the lower end quality stuff is akin to drain cleaner Mixed with sugar, crushed limes and ice however to make caipirinha and it's a totally different ballgame. This stuff slips down so easy that you don't realize how affected you are until you hit the floor (if then!)

I was going to say I remember poteen, but that would be a contradiction in terms Only on nights off, obviously... Mixed with a fried egg, bad news, enough to distress the whole sangar.

This isn't getting Drupal done, is it...

Hi MC,

I have a very nearly empty bottle of Pirassununga 51; very potent but very yummy when mixed as you described above!

My favourite Brazilian cocktail has to be Caipiroska; vodka, sugar, ice and fresh fruit of your choice eg passion friut, strawberry etc. It is a lethal combination as you wrongly assume there is no alcohol in such a gorgeous drink, until of course you attempt to speak and walk at the same time!!
