I'm not sure that I want to totally turn off the comments (in fact, I have no clue how to do that or even if I can). Indeed, it was my understanding that Gizmo was against this idea.

However, I know how to paste an actual url on the page, but I don't know how to have a word with a link to a url. (eq. Article Forum)
