I have installed Liberkey on my 2GB memory stick and it is actually not bad. I installed the basic version, and they have a page on there site where you can choose all software separately, essentially customising liberkey for your own needs, there is an uninstaller for any programs you wish to remove although that function is only a beta at the moment. There is also the option to install your own portable apps, which will sit in a category called, my programs.
Its not an essential piece of kit, but I can have pretty much any application at my fingertips even if it is not on the machine installed, which is sometimes a problem for me.
Im in agreement though, even the basic liberkey application has alot of programs preinstalled that I have no use for whatsoever. And for that reason would probably never install it on a local machine, but for a customised portable app solution, it does its job well.
Yours,
Beev
