Personally, I've been waiting for this for a long time. Finally a good alternative to LockHunter Beta 3 for 64-bit users like myself.

The installer has an opt-out toolbar (either Bing or QuickStores) and may pause the installation for 30 seconds if unselected (only for Bing in my experience).
There's also opt-out Ebay shortcuts that installs to your desktop, quick launch, and start menu. |

This way the adware is fully avoidable:
De-select ebay shortcuts in the installation options. Upon de-compression into the Temp folder my Microsoft Security Essentials tells me about it and I let MSE delete the offending ebay module immediately. Since I de-selected the installation anyway no harm is done and Unlocker and me are happy campers. |

I had observed this behavior in the versions prior to latest 1.9.0. The latest version does not install any ebay.exe file in the Program Files folder. But, as mentioned in the posts above, be careful to deselect the option to install ebay shortcuts.
