I think cleanmgr is the command line option to run the Disk Cleanup Tool of Windows. What is the advantage of running cleanmgr from command line over running Disk Cleanup Tool from GUI(Graphical User Interface)?
Also, what advantage will cleanmgr provide over CCleaner? What can cleanmgr do which CCleaner cannot?
