Hiya.
OK, let's think what you need. Basically, a large webspace allocation - but not much bandwidth. Also nothing else, according to your post - but probably there is more to it than you say - we need to know about databases, dynamic webapps etc.
Is your site a flat site or dynamic? (Using HTML / PHP / ASP static pages, or run off a database.)
If dynamic, is it a CMS / forum / blog / ecommerce or whatever?
The host you mentioned, Hosting24, is the paid upgrade version of 000webhost. I just looked at that and found a couple of issues - you can read about it in the Best Free Webhost? thread. For example you wouldn't want to go there if you have a dynamic (database-driven) website, as they run the virtual filepath system, which is rare, and maybe OK on flat sites but a mega pain with DB-driven sites. Lots of fun with htaccess.
You could try Hostgator, they have a big resource allocation. Hosts like them often advertise 'unlimited' webspace and 'unlimited' bandwidth - but there is no such thing of course, like unlimited broadband, it doesn't exist. If you use a lot then they soon get stroppy. 'Unlimited' DSL is normally limited to 50GB a month bandwidth, and the same goes for unlimited hosts: you're limited to 50,000 iNodes (= files - pages, images or whatever), and 25% of the server resources.
These are big limits though, most people could never get anywhere near them.
So it depends what you need exactly and what sort of site you have. Search for 'unlimited webspace' because that looks like your main feature, 1.5GB is big, most people's sites are well under 500MB.
And this all assumes you want to be hosted in the US.
