OK, an update on Zymic.
[edit]
Their hosting is provided by LunarPages.
I found how to set up a full domain name, and their nameserver addresses, which you need for that.
However, currently they don't allow htaccess files, so you can't use any form of SEF URLs (human-friendly / search engine friendly). Again, this will stop anyone with a normal database-driven site using this service. An htaccess file performs several vital functions on a site, including security, SEF URLs, redirects and so on. No htaccess file >> no dynamic site (one using a database).
Their support forum looks reasonable, though it takes a long time to get an answer.
It looks as if you have to pay to get email.

Yes, unbelievably there is no email facility. You have to upgrade, ie pay, to get that.
So this host will suit people with a flat HTML site, ie one with standard web pages, but not anyone with a CMS, blog, forum, ecommerce etc - as you can't use an htaccess file, which is a basic feature of web hosting and vital for all DB-driven sites.
You will need a Hotmail address.
You can never get any page names wrong or change them later, since there is no way to do a redirect here (except by meta-refresh, which should be avoided).
I haven't managed to get a site working here yet as I only use DB-based sites now, and this won't work properly here.
So hit me with some more names, dude
