Well that certainly is a lot more pleasant speed.

On the port, try the canyousee me the firewall disabled.

Chris Ps point about traffic naturally slowing things is correct. Basically the providers do not have the infrastructure to support the users they have. This seems to be prevelant in the UK.
From what I have seen providers who have this issue start throttling P2P at those peak times to try and avoid the traffic jams. A pre-emptive strike to try and keep the bandwidth available.
