2 suggestions:

1. Don't be afraid to run SFC a second time after a reboot. It might find something else.

2. I suggest rebooting into safe mode and trying to run SFC from there (I don't remember if it will run in safe mode or not?) and then try uninstalling any unnecessary programs while in safe mode.

P.S. While in safe mode, you might even want to try a chkdsk. Be aware that it will require a reboot.
