Hi again it's me from your other page, you said too make a new one so thats what i did :P.
I think I know what the problem is, I just can't download at busy times like when people are online because I tried it yesterday as I work at home, it worked just fine could download 100MB in 20 mins or so, but I've come to use it again today asoon as it turned 4pm, the arrows turned down + red and stopped the download. Does this happen to everyone or just me
