If you go to the folder C:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\Application Data\cspa and open the InstalledApps.xml file, you can see which software Update Notifier detects, but does not show. If you have any software installed that you feel should be on CleanSofts' database, you can contact them (click on the Contact Us link on UDN) and request them to add it (include a link to the software's homepage and/or its download page). They typically reply within a few hours.
If you want to remove the unnecessary executables SUMo finds during a scan, select them and click on the Ignore button. They will then not show up again, even after another in-depth scan.
