I vote for SUMo, because it can detect the most software out of my system (believe me, I have tons of them, all with one use or another). Update Notifier is great as well, being faster, nicer GUI etc., but ultimately, SUMo wins with its ability to detect (although it detected more than needed, especially after I configured the scanner to In-Depth). Both do have their fair share of problems though, like the uncommon, but still existent false positives, but they're currently two of the best.
As for the others, they're either unknown, unessential, or just a plain waste of disk space + time + energy.
