I'm not going to be much help either.

However, I just want to say that I hate those stationary's and/or themes in either Outlook Express or Outlook. We don't allow them at work at all. They all add a significant amount of space on our Exchange server. They take up space and almost always create other types of issues.

On a personal level, my mother uses Incredimail which adds all kinds of icons and themes, etc. I hate the fact that someone turned her on to it. I much prefer straight email with no themes, icons, or stationary.

I encourage you to think about not using it. Most IT professionals would probably agree with me. Again, they take up significantly more space on a server than plain emails.
