Yes, fast browsing, but memory usage above average, it adds 5 processes from what I can see in the task manager, cpu usage low, the commit charge overall level is very reasonable. Looks good for now.

Doing a good job of cleaning an infested system is good, but for your pc you want the best at preventing infestation IMO.
