I would say that after this amount of time the set up you have is in tune with your surfing habits. Like anyone else you could always become the victim of a simple wrong place wrong time zero day hit but there is nothing else around which would guarantee to prevent this either so I would resist the temptation to start adding other things. If your surfing habits were well into the "at risk" category then you would already know about it by now, but a few cookies is no cause for adjustment. That said, if you are looking for just that extra bit of confidence then there are two lightweight apps you might like to consider. WinPatrol takes periodic snapshots of your system and will warn you about the type of changes likely to be instigated by anything creeping past your existing line up. Also, having seen this recommendation from one of our other editors I highly recommend Hitman Pro. It's just a scanner but a highly effective one and the free version (unlike Prevx) will allow you to remove everything it finds for 30 days. This software has a lot of intuitive features. Check it out and see what you think to it.
