Word of advice, next time always upload files from untrusted source to VirusTotal.
Also, you can run the key-g**s (or even installers and cr**ks) in SandBoxie or Returnil to be extra cautious.
Personally, I find that with all the freewares and legal software giveaways around us, there is no need for pirating software. Games and multimedia are a different story though..
