Try to boot into safe mode. The key is generally F8 or F5. Press it repeatedly, on the boot screen, and a screen to select boot options should come up. Choose safe mode... things should work good in safe mode.
Which antivirus and antispywares do you have on your system? Once in safe mode, scan your system with the security softwares.
Which antivirus is being said to be bought? Give some more details about the infection, so we can search for details to remove it.
